How to operate the map:
When you get to the website look for the yellow action bar at the top left of the page; click on the "zoom in" then click on the map and it will indeed zoom in.  Once you do this several times you will get to a close-up level that shows the individual parcels.  Now go to the action bar at the top and click on "Identify Parcel."  When you then click on a single parcel it will bring up all the ownership and tax information that is on the public record.
